OL #34
|
Newman, 5’10.5 280, was the Strongest Man award
winner. Newman bench pressed 155 lbs 34 times and did a good job
during 1 on 1’s, using his strength to keep the opposing linemen
honest.
|
|
Jordan Wallace
Warren Central HS, IN
9th
LB #15
|
Wallace is everything a coach can ask for. The
winner of the Leadership award at 5’11.5 209, Wallace hustled as if
there was no tomorrow and inspired his fellow campers to take it to
the next level.
|
|
Billy Jackson
Fairborn HS, OH
9th
WR #8
|
The TE MVP at 5’11 202, Billy “Action” Jackson
really made a name for himself at the combine. Jackson ran a 4.58
shuttle, bench pressed 135 lbs 16 times and was outstanding during 1
on 1’s.
|
|
Devin Church

the DB’s. With outstanding coverage and phenomenal quickness,
Stanford was named DB MVP. The 5’7 140 lber had an 8’6 broad jump,
4.50 shuttle, bench pressed 135 lbs 20 times and was unbelievable
during 1 on 1’s.
|

Matthew Goodin

|
Forget good(in), Matthew’s outstanding
performance is what won him the DL MVP. At 6’4.5 226, Goodin
ran a 4.84 shuttle, bench pressed 155 lbs 15 times and was
thoroughly dominant during 1 on 1’s.

the boss, with a 8’5 broad jump, 4.53 shuttle run, 31 reps at 135
lbs on the bench and skill during 1 on 1’s. Ross is a big time
playmaker.
|
|
Ross Douglas
Avon HS, OH
8th
CB #6
|
The Fastest Man award winner at 5’8 149,
Douglas must have had firepower in his cleats. The quick and
athletic Douglas ran a 4.49 shuttle, 4.54 40, had a 30 inch vertical
and an 8’11 broad jump.
|
|
Kyle Bolin
Lexington Catholic HS, KY
8th
QB #33
|
Bolin, 6’1 159, was awarded QB MVP after an
exquisite display of passing. Bolin, who also had an 8’0 broad jump
and ran a 4.49 40, has an exceptional IQ for an 8th
grader, throwing many perfectly placed passes right into his
receivers’ hands. Bolin has unlimited potential and I have little
doubt that he will star as a freshman in 2010.
|
|
Michael Hall
Nitro HS, WV
9th
RB #13
|
Hall, 5’11 134, was crowned Combine King after
demolishing the competition. Hall had a 9’1 broad jump, ran a 4.22
shuttle, 4.62 40 and 31 reps at 135 lbs.
|
|
Hunter Stanley

|
Stanley, 6’2 240, was named OL MVP. At 6’2 240,
Stanley bench pressed 155 lbs 21 times and bullied the opposing
linemen during 1 on 1’s. Stanley’s refusal to lose and technique are
what made him the top freshman o-linemen.
|
|
Marcus Davis
Olentangy Liberty HS, OH
9th
WR #26
|
Even though he has a common name, Marcus Davis
is far from average. At 5’8.5 151, Davis was awarded the WR MVP
after tearing through the combine. Davis had an 8’11 broad jump, ran
a 4.39 40 and was simply outstanding during 1 on 1’s, using his
quickness as well as soft hands to make some tough catches.
|
|
Troy Robinson
Mifflin HS, OH
9th
CB #27
|
With unmatched toughness and determination,
Robinson received the Doddie award. At 5’7.5 141, Robinson had an
8’0 broad jump, ran a 4.53 shuttle and completely shut down
receivers during 1 on 1’s. Robinson has a ton of potential.
|
|
Deon Johnson
Raytown HS, MO
9th
RB #30
|
Although he is not the flashy and overzealous
retired defensive back, there is a new Deon that we can call
“Primetime” on the football field. At 5’8 165, Johnson was awarded
Overall MVP after his 8’6 broad jump, 4.34 shuttle and through
dominance during 1 on 1’s. If he continues to improve, Johnson will
make it big!
